Dan Chamberlin

Vice President of National Sales

Dan Chamberlin has been in the Environmental Regulated Services Industry for 33+ years. He has a vast amount of experience with the management and oversight of multiple TSDF, TSD and 10 Day Transfer Facilities, along with an extensive amount of experience handling a large amount of customer relationships, while making sure he has provided the best environmental guidance and solutions to that customer base. With his experience, he has helped his customers understand what their options are and what solutions he can provide, while potentially saving them money and keeping them in compliance with all Federal, State and Local Agencies. Dan also enjoys spending time with his kid and grandkids, hunting, fishing and time on the golf course.

Jordan Jensen

Hazardous Waste Sales Director

Jordan joined the environmental management industry as a customer service representative for Hazardous Waste Experts in 2016 and was quickly promoted several times throughout his term with the company before his most recent promotion to Hazardous Waste Sales Director in the Western US market.

He has very close relationships with his clients and prides himself on not only being exceptionally friendly but also in providing them with the most cost-effective solutions possible. Jordan goes above and beyond to try and find the right recycling or reuse options for his clients whenever possible in order to reduce their footprint. It’s very clear that Jordan cares deeply about making sure the waste ends up in the right place. He’s one of the rare breeds of salesmen who care more about the quality of his product than the revenue he’s producing.

Jordan grew up in small town Lancaster, Wisconsin and attended Madison College where he received a certificate in journalism before changing professions. In his free time, you can either find Jordan on the golf course or bass fishing the Mississippi River of SW Wisconsin.

Mark Knaus

Hazardous Waste Sales Director

Mark’s dedication to providing turnkey solutions for all hazardous and non-hazardous wastes in a quick and cost effective manner is unparalleled. He has 20 years of industry experience and has worked through the ranks of route sales, sales, branch general management and now, as Hazardous Waste Sales Director. Mark’s commitment to you along with his industry experience is your assurance that you will get the very best service your company deserves. Mark grew up in Brooklyn Park, MN where he graduated from Park Center High School and went on to Killian College for business management. In Mark’s career, he has earned many accolades including being Green Belt Certified in Operational Excellence. Mark looks forward to continued success at Hazardous Waste Experts with an emphasis on educating his clients on regulations and disposal solutions for all waste streams.

Keith Miller

Hazardous Waste Sales Director

Keith began in the Environmental industries as a warehouseman in 1990, his work ethic and people skills helped him obtain his goal of eventually managing people. Keith has experience assisting many industries with environmental assistance. From the small town auto repair business to fortune 500 companies. Keith enjoys helping clients find the right waste disposal solution for their individual needs. Keith manages the waste needs of hundreds of Hazardous waste experts clients. Keith grew up in Stillwater MN where he still resides today. Keith enjoys all sports, especially coaching. He also enjoys volunteering for many local and national charities Keith has been in the hazardous and non-hazardous waste industry for 34 years and prides himself on his customer relationships he has built over the years.

Mitch Dalgleish

Hazardous Waste Manager

Mitch earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University in 1983 and has since devoted 37 years to the Environmental Services Industry. He commenced his career with Ashland Chemical Co, collaborating with Waste Management to oversee the management of hazardous waste.

Subsequently, Mitch spent approximately three decades at Safety-Kleen Corporation, with a significant portion of his tenure centered around the Minneapolis Region, encompassing branches in Madison and Milwaukee, WI. Throughout this period, Mitch engaged in various sales and service roles, establishing connections with professionals like Dan Chamberlin.

While he doesn’t particularly engage in hobbies, Mitch finds fulfillment in playing Racquetball, Softball, and cherishing moments with his seven-month-old grandson, who, unfortunately, resides in CA, limiting their time together.

For the past six years, Mitch has served as a Hazardous Waste Manager at Hazardous Waste Experts, where his primary focus is sustaining monthly business from existing clients. Additionally, he handles any requirements for additional waste services that may arise. Collaborating with colleagues such as Keith Miller, Mark Knauss, and Jordan Jensen, Mitch actively supports and nurtures new and repeat business brought to HWE.

Collin Perry

Hazardous Waste Manager

Collin Perry has been a Hazardous Waste Manager of Hazardous Waste Experts for over 8 years. Collin helps businesses, like yours, to find cost effective waste management strategies. In 2014, Teddy became a part of Hazardous Waste Experts, armed with a decade’s worth of robust customer service experience. Over the years, he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the hazardous waste industry.

Teddy takes pride in his ability to maintain a friendly and natural conversational style with clients while efficiently gathering and sharing all the necessary information to ensure a premium level of customer experience. As the longest-serving Hazardous Waste Specialist, he has not only excelled in his own role but has also played a pivotal role in training numerous new employees. Teddy continues to serve as a valuable resource, ensuring the entire team excels in meeting customer needs.

Beyond his professional life, Teddy finds joy in various activities such as reading, enjoying stand-up comedy, whipping up delicious spicy dishes, taking leisurely lakeside walks, and more.

Katie Duchon

Environmental Compliance & Operations Manager

Katie is the multiple hat wearer of Hazardous Waste Experts. She joined the company as an accounting assistant in June 2015, but her title quickly encompassed things from every department: marketing, administration, finance, IT, etc. One time, all of her many roles were listed out on a whiteboard, and it ended up being 25 different “hats” she was wearing. Katie enjoys helping others and is glad that every day has a different problem to solve. Her current title is Environmental Compliance & Operations Manager, but her roles in accounting did lead her to get a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, on top of the bachelor’s degree she had in Mathematics. Problem solving, communication, planning, and spreadsheets are right up her alley. If you have a question about Hazardous Waste Experts, don’t hesitate to ask her! Katie always claims if she doesn’t have the answer, she can at least point you in the right direction.

Growing up a military “brat” and in many places, she ended up in Littlestown, PA for middle and high school (a small town with only one stoplight!). Katie now lives in Colorado with her husband and two dogs, and enjoys many activities like hiking, board games, movies, baking, crocheting, watching football (Go Birds!), and most of all just hanging out with her friends and family. With six years of accounting in her background, five years of managing, and a lifetime of communication, Katie looks forward to helping HWE continue to grow and succeed in any way she can.

Amy Schmid

Hazardous Waste Logistics Coordinator

As a Hazardous Waste Logistics Coordinator, Amy handles a diverse range of responsibilities encompassing customer service, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), invoicing, and the intricacies of scheduling that contribute to the seamless functioning of the sales team. Since 2019, Amy has been adept at transforming chaos and challenges into well-organized solutions.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Amy co-owns and operates a family farm, proudly taking on the roles of raising cows, kids, and crops. Her interests extend to camping, hiking, leisurely walks with her five family Labradors, reading, and immersing herself in the serene landscapes of the Northwoods of Wisconsin. A significant milestone occurred in December 2021 when Amy was blessed with her first grandchild. Cherishing every moment with her has become a source of immense joy in Amy’s life.
